I have a problem with my order, what do I do? What is your returns policy?

If there is something wrong with your order then shoot us over an email at info@happypackofficial.co.uk. We allow returns within 14 days for a full refund minus fees. Please see our Delivery page for more information.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email at info@happypackofficial.co.uk. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept VISA Debit, VISA, Master Card, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners and Paypal.

Do you do bulk discounts? Do you sell in larger quantities?

We most certainly can sell in larger quantities at a discounted rate. Just contact us for a quote and we will be happy to sort this for you!

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days (excluding bank holidays). Our working days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following day.

Do you offer customisation?

Customisation is not currently something we offer. However, we are looking at implementing this in the future. Check out our social media pages for any updates.
