Standard delivery is 3-5 business days (excluding bank holidays). Our working days are Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following day.

If there is something wrong with your order then shoot us over an email at info@happypackofficial.co.uk. We allow returns within 7 days for a full refund.  Items must be in its original packaging.

If you wish to cancel your order please send us an email at happypropsofficial@hotmail.com. Your order cannot be cancelled once it has been shipped.
